Partner program

For agencies, consultants and integrators who bring customers and stay involved. You earn $50 for every paying server, every month, for 12 months from the customer's first paid month (some partners have a lifetime agreement). Servers the customer adds later count too, within those months.

How it works

1. Apply. CRHQ customers apply from the Referrals page in their account; everyone else writes to hello@crhq.ai. We review every application by hand.

2. Share your link. Anyone who signs up within the period shown on your Referrals page after first opening it counts as your customer. They get $60 off their first paid month.

3. Get paid. Each amount is approved when the customer's payment comes in (or after the period shown on your Referrals page). Payouts are made through our partner portal (Tolt), where you add your payout details and see your earnings.

These terms apply to the CRHQ partner program, run by Zero Point Studio d.o.o., Rudeška cesta 179, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. By applying you accept them.

1. Who can join. Businesses and individuals we approve. We may decline an application without giving a reason. Resellers with a partner discount may join; their own servers never earn.

2. What counts. A new customer organization that signs up within the period shown on your Referrals page after first opening your link (or types your code at signup), and was not already a CRHQ customer. The first partner link counts while it is valid. You cannot refer yourself, your own organization, or anyone whose signup or payment shares your email, company domain, card, billing address, network or device.

3. What you earn. The amount of your program as shown on your Referrals page, in US dollars. The $19 trial fee earns nothing. An annual payment counts as twelve months. For each server month the amount may be lowered so that it does not exceed what that server's plan, region and discount can carry; the Referrals page shows it.

4. Approval and payout. Each amount is approved when the customer's payment comes in, or after the period shown on your Referrals page. A refunded or disputed payment cancels its amounts, also after approval if they were not yet paid out. Payouts, minimum amounts and tax forms are handled by our partner portal provider (Tolt) under its terms.

5. How you promote CRHQ. Honestly and in your own name. No bidding on the CRHQ name in search ads, no spam, no misleading claims, no coupon or cashback sites unless we agree in writing. You must say that you earn from the recommendation where the law requires it.

6. Changes and ending. We may change the program or these terms with 30 days' notice by email; amounts already earned are not reduced. Either side may end the participation at any time. We may suspend a link and withhold amounts that break these terms.

7. Data. We record which partner link a customer used and keep the signup checks above as one-way codes, not as addresses. Partner names, emails and payout details are processed by Tolt to pay you. See our Privacy Policy.
