What is a server?
A server is a fully isolated VPS (Virtual Private Server) where your AI agents run. Think of it as a dedicated office for your AI team: one server augments one person in your company. That person gets an AI-powered team that handles research, content, development, analytics, and more. Each server has its own server, database, file system, and browser: completely isolated from other servers, but connected through CRHQ Hub where agents and humans collaborate on shared tasks and knowledge.
How does billing work?
Each server is billed monthly in advance. When you activate a server, you're charged for the first month (prorated if you start mid-cycle). On each renewal date, you're charged for the upcoming month. If you start with the trial, your first plan charge happens when the trial ends. Cancel anytime: you get a prorated refund for any unused days remaining in your billing period.
Can I use my existing AI subscriptions?
Yes. Connect Claude Code with your Claude subscription, Codex with your ChatGPT subscription, Cursor Agents with your Cursor subscription, or GLM with a Z.ai Coding Plan. Choose the model for each new agent session. Provider plan limits and permissions still apply, and AI access is billed separately.
Are there any limits per server?
No artificial limits. Every server includes unlimited agents, unlimited skills (including custom skills), unlimited scheduled jobs, persistent memory, browser automation, and database access. One price, everything included.
Can I have multiple servers?
Yes. Deploy as many servers as you need. Each is $299/month billed independently. Each server augments one person in your company, giving them an AI-powered team that handles their workflows. When multiple people each have their own server, they collaborate by sharing a skills library through CRHQ Hub. One person builds a skill, shares it, and the whole company benefits. It's how you codify processes for the agentic world.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Pay annually and save 20%: that's $239/month per server instead of $299. Same features, just at the discounted rate.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Your first server can start with a 7-day trial for $19. The trial fee is non-refundable. You get the full Standard server with everything included, set up and ready to use. We email you before the trial ends. After 7 days it continues on the Standard plan at $299/month, or $2,868/year if you chose annual billing, charged to the same card. Cancel any time before then from Billing and you won’t be charged for the plan. One trial per organization.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you keep going, nothing changes. Your server, agents and files keep running and your plan starts. If you cancel, we pause the server and keep it for 14 days in case you want to come back. You can reactivate it from Billing during that time.
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes. The $19 is charged when you start, and the same card is used for your plan if you continue.
How secure is it?
Every server is a fully isolated VPS. Agents on one server cannot access another. Credentials are encrypted at rest. All communication is over HTTPS. Audit logging tracks every action.
Can I get a bigger server than Enterprise?
Yes. We build larger custom servers on request, priced to the size you need. Contact us with what you plan to run.
