Refund Policy

CRHQ is operated by Zero Point Studio d.o.o., Rudeška cesta 179, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (OIB: 52438945902, VAT: HR52438945902).

1. Subscription Billing Model

Each CRHQ satellite operates as an individual prepaid monthly subscription. When you activate a satellite, you are charged immediately for the prorated remainder of the current billing cycle. The subscription then renews monthly on the anniversary of its activation date. If you have multiple satellites, each has its own independent billing cycle.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel any satellite at any time from your CRHQ dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• The satellite is decommissioned immediately.
• You receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused days in the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made for that satellite.
• All associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

3. Refunds

Since satellites are billed in advance, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellation mid-cycle: If you destroy a satellite before the end of a paid billing period, the remaining unused days will be refunded to your original payment method on a prorated basis. The satellite is decommissioned immediately upon cancellation.
• Billing errors: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at hello@crhq.ai within 30 days of the charge. We will review and correct any verified billing errors promptly.
• Service outages: If your satellite experiences significant downtime caused by our infrastructure (not third-party services or your own configuration), we may issue a prorated credit toward your next invoice at our discretion.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at hello@crhq.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues directly and promptly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
