Introducing White Label Support

CRHQ now supports white-label deployments — built for agencies ready to bring their clients into the agentic AI era.

The way agencies create value is changing. Instead of only delivering outputs — designs, reports, campaigns — agencies can now build and manage AI agents that deliver those outputs continuously, autonomously, and at scale.

What's new

White label adds three capabilities to CRHQ organizations:

Custom domains — Connect your own domain so client satellites run at client.youragency.com instead of *.crhq.ai. SSL certificates are issued and renewed automatically.

Branded login — Customize the satellite login page with your primary color, logo, and company name. Branding applies only when accessed via your custom domain.

Instant propagation — Change your branding from the dashboard and it updates across all satellites within seconds. No redeployments, no waiting.

The dashboard

Everything is managed from the Custom Domain page in your org dashboard. Domain status, DNS verification, SSL certificate health, and login branding — all in one place.

The branding section includes a live preview that updates as you adjust the color, logo, and name — so you see exactly what your clients will see before saving.

How it works technically

Custom domain setup

From the Custom Domain page, add your domain and configure two DNS records:

1. Wildcard A record (*) — Points all subdomains to CRHQ servers
2. ACME CNAME record (_acme-challenge) — Enables automatic SSL certificate issuance

CRHQ verifies DNS automatically every 30 minutes. Once detected, a wildcard SSL certificate is issued and distributed to all your satellites. Certificates are renewed automatically before expiration.

Login branding

Set a single primary color and it cascades through the entire login page — button, background glow, floating particles, focus rings, hover states. Upload your logo and set your brand name. Changes propagate to all satellites instantly.

The branding only applies when satellites are accessed via your custom domain. Access through *.crhq.ai continues to show default CRHQ branding, so you always have a fallback.

Satellite naming

When you provision a satellite named "demo" under an org with slug "pionera":

Both URLs point to the same satellite. The org slug prefix is automatically stripped from custom domain URLs for clean, client-friendly addresses.
