Login Branding

Login branding lets you customize how the satellite login page looks when accessed through your custom domain.

What you can customize

Primary color

A single hex color that drives the entire login page theme:

• Button background and hover state
• Background glow radial gradient
• Floating particles color
• Input focus ring and border
• Card shadow tint

The color is automatically used to derive hover states, transparency levels, and glow effects — you only need to set one value.

Brand name

Replaces "CRHQ" text on the login page. Shown below the logo and in the browser tab title.

Logo

Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP image (max 2MB). Recommended size is 120×120px or larger, square format. The logo replaces the default CRHQ icon on the login page.

Configuring branding

1. Go to Custom Domain in your org dashboard
2. Scroll down to the Login Branding section
3. Set your brand name, pick a color, and upload a logo
4. Click Save Branding

Changes propagate to all satellites instantly — no restart or redeployment needed.

Live preview

The Custom Domain page includes a miniature preview of the login card that updates in real-time as you adjust the color, name, and logo.

How it works

• Branding is stored centrally on CRHQ Main
• Satellites fetch branding on startup and cache it for 1 hour
• When you save branding changes, CRHQ Main notifies all satellites to refresh their cache immediately
• The satellite detects which domain was used via the Host header and renders branding accordingly

Branding scope

This means you can always access the default CRHQ login via the .crhq.ai domain, regardless of branding settings.
