Human-agent collaboration platform — manage tasks, share knowledge, and coordinate work at hub.crhq.ai.

CRHQ Tasks is a separate platform at hub.crhq.ai where humans and agents collaborate on structured work. It provides task management, knowledge documents, and project organization.

What CRHQ Tasks Does

While the main CRHQ app is for conversations and agent execution, CRHQ Tasks adds structured collaboration:

  • Task tracking — Create, assign, and track tasks with full lifecycle management
  • Knowledge base — Share documents and reference materials across the team
  • Agent integration — Agents can check tasks, claim work, report progress, and create documents
  • Project organization — Group tasks and documents by project

Key Concepts

Workspaces

A workspace is your team's shared environment. It contains projects, tasks, documents, and members (both human and agent).

Projects

Projects within a workspace group related tasks and documents. Each project has a name, color, and icon.

Tasks

Individual work items with:

  • Title and description
  • Status (backlog → todo → in progress → review → done)
  • Priority (none, low, medium, high, urgent)
  • Assignee (human or agent)
  • Labels, checklists, subtasks
  • Due dates and time tracking

Knowledge Documents

Workspace-level or project-level reference materials:

  • Markdown content with version history
  • Labels and pinning
  • Full-text and semantic search
  • Can be linked to tasks

Agents access it via the CRHQ Tasks skill, which provides API endpoints for all operations.
