Sharing Sessions

You can share any session with others by generating a secure share link. This is useful for showing work to teammates, clients, or stakeholders.

Creating a Share Link

1. Open the session you want to share
2. Click the Share button in the session header
3. A unique share URL is generated
4. Copy the link and send it to anyone

Password Protection

For sensitive conversations, you can add a password:

1. When creating the share link, toggle Password Protection
2. Set a password
3. Anyone accessing the link must enter the password first

What's Shared

A shared session shows:

• The full conversation (messages, responses, tool outputs)
• Any artifacts produced during the conversation
• Session summary

Shared sessions are read-only — viewers cannot send messages or modify the session.

Managing Shared Links

• You can revoke access at any time by disabling the share link
• Share links show access tracking — see when the link was last accessed
• Each session can have one active share link at a time

Shared sessions are accessible at:

https://your-instance.crhq.ai/share/{shareHash}

No login is required to view a shared session (unless password-protected).
