Notifications

Configure notification preferences — audio alerts, browser notifications, and haptic feedback.

Control how CRHQ notifies you when agents complete tasks or need your attention.

Notification Settings

Go to Account → Notifications to configure:

Audio Notifications

  • Toggle on/off — Enable or disable sound alerts
  • Sound selection — Choose from available notification sounds
  • Volume — Adjust the notification volume

Audio notifications play when an agent completes a task or when a message arrives while you're on a different tab.

Browser Notifications

  • Toggle on/off — Enable or disable push notifications
  • Requires browser permission — Your browser will ask to allow notifications on first enable

Browser notifications appear as system-level popups, even when CRHQ isn't in the foreground. Useful for being notified when a long-running agent task completes.

Haptic Feedback

  • Toggle on/off — Enable or disable vibration feedback
  • Mobile only — Works on devices that support haptic feedback

Haptic feedback gives a subtle vibration on mobile when notifications arrive.

When Notifications Fire

Notifications are triggered when:

  • An agent completes processing your request
  • A background job finishes
  • A delegated task completes
  • An error occurs during agent processing
